At Light Years Fermentation, we are passionate about crafting unique, small-batch beers and ciders, all made on-site with our own well water. Drawing inspiration from old-world brewing traditions, we create beers and wild-fermented ciders that bridge the gap between cider and wild ales, thanks to our signature Belgian yeast culture.


Our love for fermentation doesn’t stop at drinks—we’re equally devoted to making exceptional pizza. Every pizza begins with dough we ferment in-house for several days, topped with the finest ingredients, including high-quality tomatoes for our sauce.

Our menu also features house-made specialties, like authentic spiedies marinated in our own spiedie sauce, skewered, and cooked over an open flame for the true spiedie experience. From our family-recipe meatballs to Italian roast pork and homemade cannoli filling, we take pride in bringing traditional recipes to the table with a personal touch.
